Editor's review
This tool helps remove the DRM restriction on Kindle documents so that they can be read on other readers as well.
Kindle DRM Remover quickly and easily removes Kindle eBook DRM protection. All it takes is a single click. A new AZW file is produced that can be converted to EPUB/PDF/TXT/RTF format eBooks. You would then be able to read them on iPad, NOOK, Sony Reader or other devices without limitation. Such converted eBooks then can also be printed. Thus, you now have a solution for a situation where you have bought a book from Amazon for your Kindle but you would like to read the same on a Sony reader too. This tool can take care of the problems simply and easily. The interface makes it all simple, even the first time round, you should find the conversion very easy to do.
The interface will let you browse your hard disk and find the book you want converted. The trial version restricts the output somewhat. Not all pages can be viewed in the reader even after the DRM restrictions have been removed. To be able to view the complete document, you will need to purchase the software. Even in the restricted display trial mode, you can easily try the tool out and ensure you get the right quality before spending the $35 you are required to spend.
